The team behind Project Fernie
Project Fernie is a serious undertaking. Behind it is a professional team with the skills, experience, and commitment to deliver. Here is who is driving it forward, and what the plan looks like.

Jonnie Davis
Chair of Trustees
Jonnie chairs the TS Fernie Unit Management Team and leads strategic oversight for Project Fernie. A commercially experienced leader currently serving as CRO at Zenoo, he brings 20 years of business-building credibility and a long-standing personal commitment to giving young people opportunity, including 14 years as a trustee of Rivertime Boat Trust.

James Harbidge
Treasurer / Trustee
James is the treasurer of TS Fernie and leads on finance, infrastructure, and strategy for Project Fernie.
A Director of Technology and Cloud Architecture at Infor, he brings over two decades of global technology delivery experience to the project, alongside first-hand experience of guiding youth community organisations through CIO conversion and significant growth.

Carly Jeanneret
Trustee
Carly leads project and change management for Project Fernie. With an MBA and a career delivering complex public sector programmes for the NHS, Home Office, and Network Rail, she brings proven delivery experience to the project. Her track record includes a £100m NHS electronic patient records rollout and a £300m local authority outsourcing partnership.

Jordan Smithson
First Lieutenant, TS Fernie
Jordan is second-in-command at TS Fernie and brings ten years of education technology expertise to Project Fernie. An ICT consultant specialising in education construction projects, he is shaping the Digital Classrooms specification for the new building, drawing on experience delivering IT infrastructure across schools and multi-academy trusts.
The Plan
Project Fernie has a phased delivery programme covering governance and setup; legal and access rights; surveys and technical work; pre-application engagement; planning preparation; planning determination; post-permission design; and construction. The full programme runs to approximately 36 months from trustee approval to completion.

The Design
A concept design for the building is currently under development, reflecting the facility requirements outlined in these pages, but is based on a practical, well-engineered design that delivers what the community needs without excess.

The pieces are coming together.
The team is in place, the plan is ready, and the site is identified. If you would like to know more or discuss how you can support Project Fernie, we would love to hear from you.
